| About Me | ||
| I have enjoyed a rich and varied counseling career for over 30 years. I spent approximately 14 years as a school guidance counselor, and 16 years in a variety of other positions. During this time I have developed numerous programs for youth and adults, held various therapy and administrative positions, run programs, supervised other counselors, and served as an adjunct professor at two colleges. In addition, I have taught over 100 workshops for local organizations as well as state and local conferences.
My current interest is in providing individual and group counseling with a holistic perspective that recognizes mind, body and spirit as the interconnected parts of our whole being. Depending on need and client interest, I find that meditative techniques which I can teach, or nutrition counseling, body work, yoga and other approaches offered by colleagues often provide invaluable adjuncts to the counseling process. I am a National Certified Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. In addition, I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor. I live in Nazareth Pennsylvania with my wife of 31 years and have two grown children. |
